How to perform — step by step

  1. 1Buy an actual 1-gallon jug — visual progress beats math.
  2. 2Drink 500 ml on waking, before coffee.
  3. 3Add electrolytes once a day — pure water washes out sodium.
  4. 4Eat your water: cucumber, watermelon, soup count as bonus.
