We want you to be happy with your Onyx Performance purchase. If you are not satisfied with a training program, nutrition plan, bundle or subscription, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your order date.

How to request a refund

Refunds are processed by our reseller and Merchant of Record, Paddle. You can:

• Go to paddle.net, enter the email you used to buy, and manage your order.
• Or email us at support@onyxperformance.app with your order confirmation and we'll take care of it.

Once approved, refunds are returned to the original payment method within 5–10 business days depending on your bank or card issuer.

Subscriptions

You can cancel a subscription at any time from your account or via paddle.net. Cancellation stops future renewals; the current billing period remains available until it ends. First-month refunds are covered by the 30-day guarantee above.
