How to perform β€” step by step

  1. 1Start with the chest β€” not the head. Let breathing settle for 10s.
  2. 2Then back of neck, then full body. Rotate slowly.
  3. 3Box breath: 4s in, 4s hold, 4s out, 4s hold. Repeat.
  4. 4Step out, don't towel off frantically β€” let body re-warm itself.
