Training and Nutrition Guidelines

Last updated: July 2026

We guide. You decide.

Onyx Performance is a platform built to educate, motivate, and guide you toward better training and nutrition. Everything we publish, from workout programs and exercise demos to recipes and articles, is created with care by coaches who actively train and compete. But we are not your doctor, physiotherapist, or dietitian.

Exercise and injury responsibility

All physical training carries a risk of injury. The way you warm up, how you load the bar, the equipment you use, the condition you are in, and how you recover are all factors only you can control. We show you how to perform movements safely, but you are fully responsible for how you apply that information.

If an exercise hurts, stop. If you are unsure about form, film yourself or ask a qualified professional. We cannot see you through the screen, and we do not take responsibility for injuries, accidents, or training related issues that may occur while using our content.

Food, allergies and nutrition

Our recipes are designed to be high protein, practical, and tasty, but they are general guidelines, not personalized medical nutrition. We do not know your allergies, intolerances, medical conditions, or cultural dietary restrictions. You are responsible for checking every ingredient to make sure it is safe for you to consume.

If you have celiac disease, diabetes, kidney issues, food allergies, or any condition affected by diet, consult a licensed dietitian or doctor before following any recipe or meal plan from Onyx.

Supplement references

Any mention of supplements is purely educational. We do not sell supplements, and we do not prescribe them. Dosages, brands, and legality vary by country and individual. Speak to a pharmacist or physician before taking anything new.

Consult a professional first

Before starting any new training program, diet, or supplement routine, especially if you are pregnant, nursing, under 18, over 65, recovering from injury or surgery, taking medication, or living with a medical condition, you must consult a qualified physician. Using Onyx Performance is entirely at your own risk.

In short

We build the roadmap. You drive the car. Use your head, listen to your body, and when in doubt, ask a real professional in person.
